- Enter your username and password and select Sign In.
- First time? Choose Register for online access and enter your card number, ZIP code and last four digits of your SSN.

- Sign in to your Comenity account.
- Select Make a Payment.
- Enter your checking account's routing and account number (first time only).
- Choose the amount: minimum due, statement balance or other.
- Pick the date and confirm. Save the confirmation number.
Set up autopay and paperless statements
In your account settings, turn on autopay so you never pay late (late fees are up to $41), and switch to paperless statements to avoid the $2.99 monthly paper statement fee.

How to Activate Your Sephora Card
Your card arrives 7–14 business days after approval. Activate it by signing in to your Comenity account or by calling the number on the sticker. Until then, you can shop with the temporary card number (valid 14 days).
How to Check and Use Your Rewards
- Rewards appear on your monthly statement, in your Comenity account and in your Sephora.com profile.
- In store, show the reward at checkout; online, add it to your basket (up to 3 per order).
- Rewards expire after 90 days, so check the date on each one.
