Quick answer: To pay your T.J. Maxx, Marshalls or HomeGoods credit card, log in at tjx.syf.com (also reachable from tjxrewards.com). You can also pay by phone: 1-877-890-3150 for the TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard or 1-800-952-6133 for the TJX Rewards store card. You can't pay the card at the register in store.

- Go to tjx.syf.com, Synchrony Bank's official TJX card portal. The "Manage account" link at tjxrewards.com goes to the same place.
- Enter your user ID and password and select Secure Log In.
- First time? Select Register, then enter your card number, ZIP code and date of birth to create your login.
The Marshalls credit card login is the same page: there's no separate Marshalls or HomeGoods account.

Can I pay my T.J. Maxx card in store?
No. TJX stores don't accept credit card payments at the register. Pay online, by app, by phone or by mail.
Pay by mail
Send a check or money order (never cash) with your account number written on it. Payments have been accepted at TJX Rewards Credit Card, P.O. Box 669818, Dallas, TX 75266-0772, but always use the payment address printed on your latest statement.
